Lev (10:50am): speaking of movies though.. anyone ever seen "cannabil holocaust"? was reading on a few serial killers yesterday, then reading into snuff films, and this title came up.. i'm starting to watch it now, but im curious if anyone else has seen it or what they think of it

Nemo Metis (4:34pm): funnily enough, my chocolate consumption has gone through the roof recently, mostly due to needing energy to stay awake at 6 in the morning to actually function at work
belangaria (4:33pm): and due to feeling low... lately its been a lot of chocolate

belangaria (4:33pm): unfortunately for the waist line, instant energy usually comes in form of food
belangaria (4:32pm): in the meantime, I do whatever the hell I can to keep warm and keep energy levels up

belangaria (4:31pm): they pick up after a course of iron tablets, but then they start to drop again. It could be a permanant thing
belangaria (4:31pm): I'm used to it now. Its every six months or so they crash ever since my daughter was born

belangaria (4:27pm): and my iron stores are non existant. They're at 4 and supposed to be 30 to 50
belangaria (4:27pm): my iron levels are way down at 3.. they're supposed to be between 12 and 20
belangaria (4:27pm): not what my doctors told me hun

NeroAnima (4:26pm): it's harder if you're a vegetarian tho, that's what the doctors always told me
belangaria (4:26pm): apparently, diet plays a very tiny part in anaemia. Food intake, as long as its reasonable, you'll be getting enough iron
NeroAnima (4:25pm): i get like that sometimes as well. i think uit's because I'm a lazy and picky vegetarian. ahah

Nemo Metis (4:25pm): i've just tried to change my postcode in Yahoo to find out the temperature here, and there is a fucking filter blocking it, deeming the page inappropriate

NeroAnima (4:23pm): dang, 17 c is warm. we have around 5-10 as well during the days
belangaria (4:22pm): not entirely sure nero, but middle of the counry is about 17 c and I think London area is about the same. In scotland, we're probably about 5 - 10 I would say

Nemo Metis (4:21pm): well, we're not too bad off, a little windy and not as warm as yesterday, but it's ok
