Please lemme know because I am trying to make sure this is an awesome package up for grabs... I hope to be able to release the package as a downloadable and installable portal system in under a month. It could be much sooner for an alpha or beta release, but I don't want to over-estimate!
Anyhow, what has always bugged you about how the site works?
What do we lack?
What would you like to see?
What features or ideas do you see on other community systems that we don't have?
If you could have any feature added, what would it be?
Please give me all the feedback you have. Are there things which are still "broken" that need to be fixed?
Post every single thing you think of; don't be shy!

Okay, I'm not sure if you caught my messages I wrote in the chatter box while you weren't here, but here I go again anyhow.
First of all, you are right about the references to your old name with the sections you were previously able to manage. Actually, both of these issues you ran into were a result of being renamed.
Fortunately, I was already onto both of them and had made bug reports for them.
Well, I made a bug report for the one about renaming members and it not updating their operator status in sections yesterday.
About two weeks ago I made a thread here in Web site concerns about how you are forced to approve items like that. Simply put, I want to change it so it does bring you there, but you have the option to override it and still browse around the site.
The bottom line though is that this never would have been an issue for you had your status as an admin been changed properly.
I was in the database going over things yesterday when I saw that your old name was still listed. So I changed the references to your old name to your new name manually. The problem is that I never bothered to clear the site's cache after doing this, which meant that while the database was showing you as an operator for this section, when checked in the cache you weren't listed there.

ughhhh. it's Britt.
if i log in, i can't go past anything except the page to approve tulzie's post about underwater japan, which i've done about a billion times already. but everytime i go to a different page, i get the same thing asking me to apprive it. i think i had this problem in the past.
but i also just realized that in the forums, everywhere i was listed as a mod, i no longer am.. could it be because when you switched me over to my new name, something didn't carry over? i dunno.
These were removed because of the fact that there are already filters for "all members" and friends when setting the access, prior to even arriving at the actual list. It's been removed from the list itself because it would just be redundant and less uniform, as there are already filters for these when selecting the access.
The access lists themselves are only intended to be used for permitting or denying specific members. If the idea is to permit or allow groups of members (like all members or all friends) then the access mode just needs to be changed to that respective option, and the hassle of even dealing with a list isn't needed.
I'm not totally sure what you mean here, though:
Add the members list, with filters, on the page I mentioned (accesslist.php?action=form&id=25).

Has the pic been resized before you tried uploading it?
If you go to "my items" you can see how much space your using, if you don't have enough then I guess upgrading your account is the only way to go (http://www.taintedthoughts.com/upgrade.php)
Try looking over the pic first though, most users don't use all the space they get with a normal account.
When I try to upload a pic to my profile it says
maxed out on disc space???

The one where anonymous items were being listed under the recent gallery...
Plus, if you don't have permission to view an item, it will no longer be displayed in the recent list. Same principle applies to the recent gallery area (even on the home page) - if the image is set to "members only" it will not show up for guests.

Well, now that we are talking about it, yes the shroom picture on the gallery page, says it was posted by "private". But you can see it on your profile as a picture that you uploaded.
I'm not sure what you were talking about though.

What about a forum section for all the people who are into comics. I know a lot of people that are into all the comic book and action figure stuff, like big time.
You're referring to my "shrooms" thread and the other in the admin area, correct?
If so, I became aware of that today. I may or may not change it. I changed it once in the past so that the titles aren't listed either.
You don't mean anonymous items though, do you? This is just about items that are off limits to certain people, right? And those who can't view them still get the error if they click the title, don't they?

When on the profile, using IE, several items dont display, but when I click the next button (to view more "recent items", the entire profile is displayed, but no new "recent items" are displayed, it still only displays "1-20", but only displays 5. But then the profile goes back to most of everything is not displayed. See the screen shot (http://www.taintedthoughts.com/item/23157)

Suggestion: put a link somewhere to the pending friends page. I know it occurs in a message generated when you try to befriend someone, but I deleted mine on accident and had like 4 friend requests pending that I didn't know about.

Alright, given recent information, I will be stepping up my eye on bugs and inconsistancies here. So be prepared for several suggestions and observations.
So, without further adu, let me begin.
I think you should make an official page regarding rank, and not just a post.
On the profile page, I think it would help if you linked the word "rank" (just before it displayes your rank) to the rank page (or post). I also think it would be helpful to have a link where it says your rank on all posts. I think this would help because it makes the rank system more seemless, and helps to incentivize posting.
Time is wrong in the chatter box. ( I already posted this, but it was in my notes)
When viewing a profile, the borders around "likes" and "dislikes" and other fiels don't continue around on the right side. Try viewing Nero's profile, it had some bugs. If it doesn't display in error for you, perhaps try viewing as a guest.
I think, on the profile page, you should link "status" or "contributor" with the "donate" page.
When you reply to a message in the inbox, the spaces arent maintained like they were when you open up the message. I mean, the open line between the last paragraph and this one would be non-existant had this been a reply to a message in the inbox.
I think there should be a page with commonly used documents. I would put this section under Extra, and have such things as the rank structure, the donate page, and some commonly used HTML. You could also have a common rules page, like how large uploaded pictures can be, rules or "allowances" of guests, members, and moderators. ( I may attempt to make this page, actually)
When you delete a message in your inbox, it goes to a page that says "messages deleted succesfully", I think it should just go back to your inbox and show the result, like if you click inbox again.
I'll continue to keep notes on anything that I see.

Britt (10:05): i knowww. it looks..creepy. it's like..a bridge..then it disappears into the water.. then comes back out. and the picture i ofund on google..shows a carrier over top of it
NeroAnima (10:04): Ick, tunnel under water sounds scary
NeroAnima (10:03): It sounds like it worked out better with the new home then. If I ever end up getting a dog (i want one badly but yeah, time and money) we're gonna have to train it to respect the bunny so that Little Lev still can be free range. I hope that won't be to hard
Britt (10:03): eww.. where i'm moving..apparently there's a tunnel that's underwater that you have to drive in to get to base. wtf
Britt (10:02): yeah.. i was worried about it.. i wanted to keep him, but my parents would of made him live in the backyard.. with dogs. and that'd be too stressful.
NeroAnima (10:01): It's nice that he got a good new home.
Britt (10:01): i kinda miss him.. but the girl i gave him to absolutely loves him. she got him neutered and he's nice and fat and he has a huge cage and everything
NeroAnima (10:00): Little Lev loves paper and boxes, thankfully not so much for chords. But you never know so that's why he shouldn't be behind the TV and all of the consoles.
Britt (10:00): he chewed 2 of my roommates laptop cords
Britt (10:00): my bunny was allowed free range in the long hallway, my bedroom, the spare room and the bathroom.. pretty much the back part of the house. but he pissed me off because he LOVED cords
