My dreams are only a memory
forgotten in the path of time.
My dream they change so steadily
i wish i could make up my mind.

But I hold my head up high
as people look down upon me.
I just go on in life
letting my mistakes set me free.

See but...
Dreams are only a memory
forgotten in the path of time
Dreams are hard to be retrieved
even if you need them down the line.

And i can't stop the pain
from flowing always.
And i can't can't stop feeling caged
on those sad cold and lonely days.

But i keep going on
never knowing what life will give me.
But i keep going on
Because the light i long to see.

So even though...
my dreams are just a memory
even though...
i never know what's meant to be.

i hold my head up high
awaiting the day i fly
the day i fly...
away....

But then i remember..
my dreams are just a memory...
forgotten in the path of time.
