... well, not quite yet.
I was just curious what any of you fine folks are doing for new years eve? Getting drunk, wasted or just bored off your ass?
I will be at home with Nero getting drunk. I haven't drunk in ages so I hope this alcohol cider does the trick. I wanted to get toasted but my hookup is in Somalia.
Any of you have any big plans in store? --- "Happy new year!" has been viewed  times ---

closest one to me is open till 11pm everyday but sunday. they close around 6pm on sundays. no clue what time they open. I used to go to the 24 hour grocery in the maritimes but its harder to find one in montreal. at least one thats close to me. In Nova Scotia they didnt have sunday shopping till about a year ago. so nothing was open on sundays at all besides small corner stores that charge way to much for real food.

hahaha... i know how you feel.
It's worse over here. Grocery stores can be closed days in a row for holidays, and their regular hours are horrible as it is. The closest store to us is open 10am-8pm weekdays and something like 10am-6pm weekends! I don't understand it at all, cause when I was living in Irvine (CA), the closest grocery store was open 24 hours a day everyday.~~~~~~~~~~

I stayed home. smoked a joint and played video games and watched movies. no one here really partied. my roommate and his sister came home before midnight and my girlfriend was at work till 6am. I never really do the new years thing anyway. I'm pissed that the food stores are all closed today and were closed by 5pm yesterday. Not knowing i walked to the closet one last night at 6pm. Food stores should never close.

So far the theme is "wasted" - that's good.
Hmmm... playing the Wii when wasted? Now that's an idea... I have thought about giving that a try if I got high sometime soon, but never considered it drunk. That could be fun - or I could end up breaking something.
Anyone know how to prepare lobster? I've never had it before in my life, and they had some frozen lobster on sale so I got it for new years eve dinner. If anyone has any idea on how the hell u prepare it or what you have to it, I'm all ears.~~~~~~~~~~

I'm going to downtown Portland, ME to go bar hopping. Getting wasted then coming home to play video games on the Wii is the plan. I haven't gone to any bars in a while. They're too expensive.
I can't believe 2008 is just around the corner. This was the year for me to graduate from college. But I'm now two years behind. Oops.

i have spent this whole weekend getting fucking plastered because my roommate has some cousins in from samoa who have never drank, went to clubs, or really had any kind of party experience. so we went and raided the liquor store and took them to some clubs lastnight and let them experience.
this is the 3rd day in a row i've woken up hung over and i honestly think for new years i'm not going to drink. plus i have to get up at 10am to go with my friend to pick up his girlfriend at the airport on new years day.
so, new years eve, i think we're going down to the beach.. smoking a blunt or two.. and watching the fireworks. that or i'm just fooling myself and i'll just get drunk with everyone else. lol~~~~~~~~~~
