As long as its clean it doesn't itch. And i find shaving itches way more then just leaving it grow.

My uncle used to have a beard that was long like that, and I thought he had the longest beard EVER! .. but you beat him by far.

I trim it every few months but i've been growing it for years. I've had it long since 05ish. I've grown out the sides to have a huge full beard a few times over the years. I always have at least a long goatee like that though.
