Since everyone's settings were set to receive email notifications for everything, this means thousands upon thousands of emails have been sending out recently.
To avoid this email waste, I have added an admin tool which allows me to nullify the notification settings for all the members who are inactive. I have just run this routine on members who are inactive for more than 365 days. What this means is, if you have not logged in since then, then your notifications are set to disabled for everything. All you have to do to change this is tick the little boxes when you login, but for members who are inactive for long periods of time, your notifications will get disabled. --- "Notification settings disab...ive" has been viewed times ---
