Yeah, I agree on that. At first, I thought it was pretty routine, cause I've seen a lot of senseless tasings on COPS, but the fact that they already had him down and he was obviously not moving as it was, makes the additional use of the taser incredibly unnecessary.
I hate seeing this stuff, because it just makes me ask again, "who polices the police?".
