A bat disease which is absolutely causing devastation of bat colonies in the northeast. All efforts were being made to try and avoid having the bats get it there although still no one really knows how it is recieved by the bats. There are thousands of bats that use the caves there and some are endangered bats so it is important for a variety of reasons to try protecting the area. Here are a couple cave pictures from those we did go in.

 Dances were once held here as in the old days this was one of the first places in the area that had power.




 A portion of this particular cave collapsed long ago. From the inside where the stream runs through you can see the outside reflected. I like looking out of caves and taking pictures. The contrast is great!
