These past few days, I been craving for pumpkin soup, and finally decided to make one.
Saute garlic, onion and sugar.
Mix chicken broth, pumpkin and milk
Mix it in blender
Serve with crouton and parsley
Looks yummy, and taste good. (well, according to me)
I am so happy --- "PUMPKIN SOUP" has been viewed  times ---

I've never had pumpkin soup. To be honest, I didn't even know it existed. Sounds good, as I love me some pumpkin pie. ~~~~~~~~~~

Don't think I've ever tried it. I wonder if it tastes at all like butternut squash soup.

I like to add a dash of curry when making pumkin soup. It adds a fuller flavor to the soup and pumkin and curry kinda compliment each other in a way. ^_^~~~~~~~~~~
