Other than it being Hitler's birthday, what else does it mean (to you)? I've noticed that people get high to celebrate it, but why?

I googled it up and nothing really helped me understand, can any of you explain this to me?

Or maybe it just some underground holiday that I should just celebrate and not think anything of it.
