Just a quick heads up here. Today I've been working on getting most of the awards that could be automatic to operate automatically so that no one from the award committee even needs to worry about most of the awards.
A lot of awards are already automatic, so if you are a part of the award committee, don't worry about any of them listed below:

This also means that many of you will now receive awards that you never knew you earned. For example, the "Informa" award is given to members who update their profile 5 times within 30 days, so if you have earned this award up until this point you will receive it the next time you update your profile. Creating an item will trigger numerous award checks, and every time you post an item in politics, philosophy, visual art or literature another award check gets performed.
Simply put, a lot of you are going to receive lots of new awards in the coming days as you continue to do things, since you will get awards you've already earned up until this point, but haven't received yet.
I hope to have any awards that could be automated setup to be automatic by this evening, but of course many awards will still need to be manually given out.
