I joined the forums on April 17, 2001. But i think i had i profile on the site for a few months before that. I still have the "Thank You For Registering" email in my inbox haha it is the oldest email i have.
My memory is shit so i honestly don't remember a whole lot from the old days. I was just out of high school and spent far to much time online. I do remember spending 10 hours in a TT chat room on AIM one day. I saved the chat. I had to break it up into 4 parts for it to save.
Hey lev any chance you have some old screen shots of the different versions of the site? If you do id like to see them. lol

Hi guys, happy Chinese New Year.
Well, I've been going here since I was 15. Now I'm 23, so it's been... 9 years? Wow.
I met some really interesting people. Some are still around some aren't. I met one of my ex here actually, but he turned out to be a complete asshole. It didn't stop me from coming here so I guess it wasn't that bad.
I don't like arguing so everyone loved me and stuff. And I'm the best member this site has ever had. *dodges from flying objects*
Actually, I'm not extremely outgoing but posted a lot of artworks and photos. You guys seem to like em and I'm really grateful for your comments and encouragement.
I've been really busy lately and haven't been around much. I'm trying to graduate college and get into a master program.
I'm glad to see you guys are still around. It's always nice to check back and see familiar names.
Oh and Neglection stopped talking to me after he got married and stuff. You ass. And.. that is all.~~~~~~~~~~

The first time that i signed up to TT, my user name was Tulz.... lol not much of a difference now
I remember looking for a place to post my sappy ass poetry and then i found this site...
back then the logo was the bleeding head
I remember talking to Saber and him being the first person that talked to me outside of TT but for some reason we fell off
I received a Christmas card from Shelly and totally forgot to sent one back to her because i tossed out her adress. lol....

I met someone on here once, and I became penpals with her. She lived in Canada, and that was my first pen pal that I ever had. We talked about meeting one day. Then she met someone named Noah, and that is all she talked about, so I got jealous and threw away all her letters and her address. I kicked myself in the ass many times for that because she was really cool.
I have met a lot of really cool people on here, people who I would probably hang out with in person.
I have expanded my mind a little bit here, not a whole lot, but enough for it to make a difference.

Lev kicking like 3/4 of the members on here because he didn't like what it was becoming.
It really astounds me why we all keep coming back, and why we stay here. I have no real reason as very few people on here actually present any real thoughts that have the possibility of expanding my mind, the forum being the main cause. I think it is because we have pretty much all become friends, it is like a little society or clubhouse. We get new members, and they fade away. But we all, well some of us, have long standing relationships with each other that are hard to give up. Without getting all sappy, it is like we are like a little family. And I think that is great because it shows, to me, at least, an evolved society where regardless of any factor, people can come together as friends.

Damn, time do fly by fast... I think I might have signed up in like 2003 or something. Just a couple of months before TT was shutdown for re-modeling.
I love this site, mainly cause I met the love of my life here, but also cause I met a lot of other people and consider some of them good friends.~~~~~~~~~~
