Here's a little description on the stars and ratios you see with each member post. For each half red star it represents that the user has created 100 items. Each full red star represents 200 items. For half blue star it represents the member has posted 100 times. For each full blue star it represents the user has posted 200 times.
The first ratio number you see (as in the screenshot) represents the average number of items this member creates a day. This number is based on the total number of new items posted in the past week divded by 7 to give a perfect average. The same applies for the second number. This is a weekly average of the member's daily posting.
