I like almost any of them, but I don't know that I've ever tried pablano or cilerno.
I'm currently germinating some jalapenos and habeneros, and I hope some of these things come up - especially one of the jalapeno types since the seeds were expensive. >_<
I basically only chop up any peppers for tacos or enchillads, and even then it's kinda rare these days because my stomach has really gotten sensitive.
