Ok.. so being single gives me a lot of spare time on my hands to ponder random and usually useless questions. One of which is the following.

If you were in a relationship with someone and came across another person that you've always had a crush on since you could remember... would you sleep with them if you knew your signifigant other would never find out? (part of thos question is the undenyable fact that your S.O. would never know.. only you would.)

Just bored and curious at 3am..

i took that road once and the person never found out, but it's the guilty conscience that gets you over time.
Guilt is like a parasite and it eats you from the inside out so regardless of not letting your S.O. know, if you have a hard time with guilt and your conscience, it would be a good idea to not.. and since i have a reaaaaaaaaally bad time with guilty conscience, no i wouldn't do it again. *pinky promise* heh

Ok ok.. I'll answer. To put it honestly it would depend on how my significant other had been treating me lately. Im the type of person that requires constant love and attention, even if it is considered annoying and clingy to some. If my significant other was always ignoring me or acting like my needs werent as equally as important as theirs.. then yes, I might have a trist with someone else.. though even then I think that in the end I would feel guilty.

I wouldn't if I wanted to continue my relationship with my partner. If not I would definitely sleep with the person shortly before or after breaking up with my partner, but I'd like him to know eventually. What's the fun in that if he never gets to know?

I don't know, depends on where I am in my moral wake. I go through waves of moral dependence and insignifigance. Therefore, if it happened when I was on the end of "nothing really matters, the only thing that makes things matter are ourselves" then I would. If I was on the other end, I wouldn't. Not very stable mind you, but it is how I work... for now at least.
