An individual I am not. Though I have played it up throughout my life that I am singular, I am different, I am unique, it is a lie. Or at least an un-truth. I am like many… even in that I think I am not. When others weave, I bob… yet, so to do others. I am not alone, I am not a beautiful and unique snowflake. The curse of Communism is inherent in my blood, my soul, my being. There are aspects of me, certainly, that others lack… but to be truely unique, one will be entirely different from all others. And so I have decided that to be a part of a legion, a mass, the writhing sea of meat we call humanity… it's not so bad. I mean, where would singularity and individuality get you if you couldn't relate that pride and joy to the rest of the world? Tough question to answer, being that, if one were able to relate it to others, one would lose an iota of one's uniqueness. Just something I ponder while I'm working for the Man.
